How we measure and quote this model: We quote nominal sizes above. Your post centers will be approximately 6 inches smaller than your nominal size, and your roof-span will be 2" - 4" larger than nominal size.

For example: if you order a 14x18 size, your post centers will measure 13'-6" x 17'-6", and your roof span will measure 14’-2” x 18'-4".   

Custom sizing in ready-to-assemble kit form: We fabricate your kit separately to your specs and ship it to you as a ready-to-assemble kit with instructions.

How anchored: More than half our customers purchase their rectangle treated wood gazebo kit with a floor (deck) and anchor the gazebo posts to the deck. Usually this is sufficient anchoring. But depending on your structure size and locale, you may need to use our 'earth anchors' or anchor the posts directly to concrete footings or a concrete slab. We provide the hardware.

Shipping: We ship direct-to-you nationwide. For virtually every location in the contiguous 48 states, we will offload your crate/skid and place it in your driveway.

Wind resistance: up to 195mph if engineered. Ask us about our engineering services.

Post spacing: Posts are spaced 4ft - 5ft apart.

Our base package includes:

• 100% treated Southern Yellow Pine, #1 Grade, kiln dried and smooth-sanded.
• Ready-to-assemble kit, pre-cut and pre-drilled
• We use nominal 4x4 posts for rectangle gazebos up to 14ft wide (any length) and 6x6 posts for wider rectangle gazebos
• Post spacing is 4ft to 5ft on center depending on the size
• Bottom railing around perimeter
• Corner braces provide stability and visual appeal
• Top railing around perimeter
• Straight cornice (scalloped cornice also available)
• 2x8 top plates, 2x4 rafters, and double 2x4 ridge rafters
• 1x6 tongue and groove roof decking
• 30-year architectural asphalt shingles (choice of 9 colors) with underlayment
• 6:12 roof pitch
• Cupola
• All necessary hardware. Galvanized (option available for stainless steel).
