Rectangle Red Cedar Gazebo Kit

How we measure and quote this model: We quote our Rectangle Red Cedar Gazebo kit in nominal sizes. Prices are displayed above. Your post centers will be approximately 6 inches smaller than your nominal size, and your roof-span will be 2" - 4" larger than nominal size.

For example: if you order a 12x16 size, your post centers will be 11'-6" x 15'-6", and your roof span will measure 12’-2” x 16'-4".   

Custom sizing in ready-to-assemble kit form: We fabricate your kit separately to your specs and ship it to you as a ready-to-assemble kit with instructions.

How anchored: More than half our customers purchase their kit with a floor (deck) and anchor the gazebo posts to the deck. Often this is sufficient anchoring (depending on your size and locale). But you may need to use 'earth anchors' or anchor the posts directly to concrete footings or a concrete slab.

Shipping: We ship direct-to-you nationwide and we will offload your crate/skid to your driveway.

Wind resistance: up to 195mph if engineered. Ask us about our engineering services.

Post spacing: Posts are spaced 4ft - 5ft apart.

Our base package includes:

• Durable 100% Western Red Cedar, Appearance Grade, kiln dried and smooth-sanded.
• Ready-to-assemble kit, pre-cut and pre-drilled
• We use nominal 4x4 posts for rectangle gazebos having widths up to 14ft, and 6x6 posts for larger width rectangle gazebos.
• Bottom railing around perimter
• Corner braces provide stability and visual appeal
• Top railing around perimeter
• Straight cornice (scalloped cornice also available)
• 2x8 top plates, 2x4 rafters, and double 2x4 ridge rafters
• Red cedar 1x6 tongue and groove roof decking
• 30-year architectural asphalt shingles (choice of 9 colors) with underlayment (cedar shakes are another option)
• 6:12 roof pitch
• Cupolas are included for square sizes but are an add-on for rectangle sizes
• All necessary hardware. Galvanized (option available for stainless steel).
• Shop drawings for you to review and have us edit to your preferences.
