Our Pressure Treated Pine Pavilion is a surefire way to gather all your friends and family together in one place, your own backyard. With this beautiful structure you can enjoy all of your outdoor activities no matter what the weather throws at you. You can enjoy a comfortable breeze while grilling outside, or enjoy a shaded escape near your sunny pool. Nothing can rain on your parade! The pressure treated pine looks terrific painted or stained.

Number of posts: Sizes greater than 18ft require a middle post, unless you upgrade to larger timbers that can span greater distances without sag. For example a 16x18 is a four post structure, but a 16x19 is a six post structure, unless you upgrade.

How measured and quoted: Your roof span will be 8" - 21" larger than your size, and your post centers 12" smaller than your size. For example a 12x14 size has a roof span of 12'-8" x 15'-9", and post centers of 11x13.

All wood is appearance grade pressure treated pine construction - Southern Yellow Pine #1 Grade, clear (no knots)
6" x 6" nominal posts (5" x 5" actual)
1" x 6" tongue and groove roof decking create a beautiful interior ceiling
4" x 8" headers can span up to 17ft without sag
2" x 4" or 2" x 6" roof rafters
Roof pitch of 6:12 (other pitches available)
30 Year Architectural Asphalt shingles (choice of colors below) with Elephant Skin underlayment
Half moon corner braces - double 2x8's - provide stability and prevent racking
Open gable end decorative 'sunburst' design (optional)
Powder-coated post brackets and stainless steel wedge anchors
Post base moldings to hide hardware from view
Step-by-step assembly manual to allow homeowners to easily assemble the kit

25 X 16 Serenity

We researched Pergola kits and pre- built structures for a full year before deciding on Pergola Kits USA. From our first inquiry to the final delivery, we couldn't have been happier. Fred was so patient and informative with all of our questions. We were building a large structure and had many questions. Fred was so helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way.

Our finished pergola is absolutely beautiful. The delivery and craftsmanship of the product was perfect. My husband built the unit by himself in a litle over 2 days. Our unit was 25 X 16 and went up without a hitch. The attention to detail was evident as he assembled the Pergola.

We have received many comments from friends,family and neighbors on how beautiful the Pergola looks on our patio. It is not only functional for providing shade, but it is a beutiful addition to our home. The quality of the product and the beautiful mahogany finish is perfect.

we live on a dead end street that is off of another dead end street, so we were initially concerned about the delivery of the pergola. Fred assured us that we wouldn't have a problem. The delivery man phoned us the morning of the delivery with updates on time. The delivery was not only on time, but was completed in less than 20 minutes. The product was packaged properly, water tight and without any missing parts or pieced.

My husband has been a tradesman carpenter for 40 years and said the kit was so well put together and thought out that it practically built itself. We couldn't be happier!

14x18 cedar

Product itself gets a 5 star rating our pergola came exactly as ordered, was so simple to put together. Highly recommend this company fr their pergolas. I would certainly use them again. Fred was great in helping with and understanding our design and needs. Looks beautiful and fully assembled in a weekend.

Only thing keeping from 5 stars (would give 4.5 if | could) was that there seemed to be a lack of communication between customer service, production, shipping..Could never get a straight answer on when it would ship (as we approached the week it was supposed to ship and then when cs gave me a date it showed up two days early...just wasn't quite prepared but again not the end of the world....again highly recommend company and their products!

Grand Pavilion

This is truly a structure of commercial quality. We have the Grand Pavillion. Heavy construction and went together according to the plans. I erected this kit alone with the use of an all terrain telescopic fork lift.

I purchased the stainless steel Hardware kit am glad I did, no staining from rust of any kind. Very impressed with the physical size of the timbers and have no doubt this will last a lifetime. Friends and family can't believe the size and quality. This is not your typical kit this is an investment. I would recommend this model made to my specifications to anyone interested in a premium quality heavy construction kit. You will be impressed and proud to add this to your home.

Only problem I've had is birds want to build nests in it in the spring had to install bird spikes to keep them out. This will add value to your home and just makes for a great outdoor space. Can't say enough about how much we like it!

quality product

Quality product and beautifully designed. We purchased this pergola 15 months ago. We live in the hot, humid Florida climate and it has maintained fine. If you're looking for the perfect outdoor sitting area that is both pleasing to the eye And quality materials, then this product is that. We have been very pleased and get many compliments.
