BASE PACKAGE

• Pre-cut, easy-to-assemble kit
• Posts 8" x 8" square and 8 ft. tall
• Headers are 4" x 10", with decorative tails
• Return beams are 3" x 10"
• Rafters are 3" x 8", spaced 24" on center, with decorative tails
• Top runners are 3" x 6", spaced 24" on center, with decorative tails
• Rafters are notched to slide over headers. Top runners are notched to slide over rafters.
• Posts are notched to accept headers and return beams
• Includes post top moldings, and post bottom moldings
• All hardware and post brackets are included
• A set of shop drawings clearly detailing specs and timbers
• Easy-to-follow assembly manual
• Assistance available on call to guide you thru assembly if necessary
