The whole process was super easy and Tom was great to work with. We discussed the project several times and traded ideas. Tom custom drew the pergola and we went through a few revisions.

The production time was as they committed to and delivery was on time. We had a local contractor assemble it and it turned out great! We love it and have recommended Pergola Kits USA to others.
