How measured and quoted: We measure and quote this design to the outside face of the posts. The rafters and top runners extend past the outside faces of the posts by about one foot. Example: the outside faces of the posts of a 10x12 size will measure 10ft x 12ft, while the overall roof span will measure 12ft x 14ft.
Available sizes: Like all of our designs, upon request we make this model in any size, down to the inch.

Estimated time to assemble: Estimated assembly time is 4-6 hours for two people to assemble small or medium sized pergolas.
Base Package: The Base Package is a complete ready-to-assemble kit, including:
- All pressure treated wood construction, with vinyl sleeves (we include all pre-cut timber with the kit)
- 2x2 top runners with tapered ends 16" on center
- 2x6 rafters with decorative tails 16" on center
- Top plate and 4x6 beams on all sides
- 6x6 posts, with 36" tall post base trim
- Double 2x8 solid PVC corner braces
- Stainless hardware
- All trim as shown
- Powder-coated steel post brackets
- Shop drawings, and instructions
- Post wraps, beams, and rafters are 1/8" thick premium white vinyl
