    We love your new classic cedar pergola. It wasn’t difficult for our landscaping company to erect and install. The ordering process was easy and Alyssa was great to work with. She answered all our questions throughout the entire process.
    The delivery was seamless, the driver called us when he was near our home. The only small issue was the timeline was longer than 6 weeks.

    Very happy and pleased with our new pergola. It looks gorgeous in my yard and the construction is high quality. The cedar posts look great and I appreciate the attention to detail, such as the tongue and grooved ceiling.
    I needed engineered plans for a building permit and that was handled at a minimum cost and only a week delay to the project. All my dealings with the company were great and they were very responsive and patient while I decided the details.
    I definitely recommend them for anybody looking for a high end structure.

    Very nice pavilion. I receive many compliments on the white vinyl cladding and metal roof. I would definitely purchase again should that opportunity present. The sales staff went beyond great."
    Every call was answered immediately (no "you are call number 75") and all questions answered. Delivery exceeded expectations."
    They kept me informed, delivered on time, and placed the item where it needed to be placed, As a serious comment to set expectations, my 10' x 10' pavilion with metal roof took five people to install over the course of an entire day.
    I don't think hoisting up the heavy roof panels can be done with only four workers. Those doing the assembly need to understand how to keep the framework true" as the posts and beams are being assembled."
    This is not a diy projects with friends and family.

    Materials were delivered on time and well packaged. The crew found the install directions to be accurate, making assembly simple and fast. I will definitely recommend your products in future landscape projects.

    We have loved this pergola and enjoy every minute we get to spend on it. We love quiet evenings watching sunsets as well as many larger gatherings of family and friends.
    It was even center stage for our son’s wedding! The materials are high quality and held up even under our hot Florida sun and a couple of hurricanes! Delivery of materials was smooth and easy. The pergola was delivered to our landscapers business.
    He and his brother set it up as well as installed a paver deck for it.

    We purchased a 10’x16’ pavilion with a metal roof. The package came delivered in one large crate and was offload right where I ask for it to be without me having to touch it.
    I must admit its look a little intimidating at first but once I started opening the crate I found all parts to be packaged very well to protect all from damage during transport i started feeling more comfortable about thge project.
    All parts were there as well mas more than enough hardware to complete assembly. Some parts are assembled in larger pieces which required 2 persons to unload.
    I am 69 years old (with limited carpenter skills) and I was able to assemble most of the project alone (but I do recommend at least 2 persons) with the exception of the truss roll ups and lifting of roof panels which were in 4 large sections.
    All parts and pieces are precut (even the metal roof panels) and fit nearly perfectly. The quality of the materials were perfect. I purchased the high wind package because with live in a hurricane prone area.
    This hardware is substantial and the pavilion is very secure.The whole purchase and installion process was excellent and Amos was always welling to answer any questions I had before and during installation. I highly recommend PK USA.
    We are really enjoying our new space and the look it has added to our ongoing outdoor backyard remodel.

    I do like the Pergola. It was easy for three guys to assemble in a day, not counting pouring the concrete footers. It was shipped with good protection for the beams to avoid damage. Happy with my purchase and experience.

    We put our attached pressure treated pine pergola kit in last spring and used it almost every day throughout the summer. It has transformed our once sun baked patio into a cozy oasis.

    This is the second pergola we purchased from Pergola Kits USA. We had recently moved and since we loved the look of our last one we decided to install one at our new home.
    Our pergola arrived in great condition, professional delivery with easy to follow instructions. My husband and I took a few days to install it on our patio, we took our time but if we wanted to it would have taken 2 days at most.
    The pergola was beautifully finished and the slight order error I made for the anchors was quickly resolved by their excellent customer service. I highly recommend Pergola Kits USA.
    The investment is worth it!

    Unlike the plethora of out-of-the-box" pavilions on the market, this offered a high-quality, solid cedar, strong built-to-last design, combined with wide customization to exactly address your needs,"
    typically only found through paying a substantial amount of money for a team of carpenters to come and build it for you.Delivery was amazing.
    They have their own trucks with specialized articulating trailers that can place the kit precisely where and how you need it.Assembly was straight forward. You must have at least two people, three to four is ideal.
    As mentioned, this thing is built to last...its solid and its heavy. Take your time, read and re-read the manual, and plan to use two full days.
    We got the primary structure up the first day, and the roof on and shingled by the end of the second day.Consider adding at least one power package, and if you live in an area that sometimes has strong winds, add the upgraded post brackets...
    ours stands firm as a rock in winds.Our only recommendation (and it’s a small one) for Pergola Kits USA would be to provide the option to include roofing nails with the kit.
    The specific short size needed for shingles on the cedar roof was incredibly difficult to find. Overall, we couldn't be happier. They offer well-designed, high quality, enduring products at half the price of having carpenters build one for you.

    Our pavilion is beautiful and impressive. It’s just what we wanted for a National Park look we wanted to achieve. Amos was a pleasure to work with and facilitated our engineering & permitting requirements.
    We appreciated the quick response to correct a small discrepancy in the materials. We did reject the post footing / bracket cladding treatment because it felt too large at the base.
    We went with exposed black footing brackets as the best appearing trim.
    Overall very happy with the package!

    We love our new pavilion. The instructions were very easy to follow.One recommendation I would offer…rent a duck lift. It took everything we had (3 men) to get the beans in place.

    Love my lean to! And so do my jealous neighbors! Super easy picking out what I wanted. Delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. All materials are high quality. The instructions were relatively easy to understand.
    My 10x18 was installed in 2 to 3 days with help from my wife and 1 strong grandson. The 2x12s are a little heavy but we managed.
    Looking forward to enjoying it more in the summer!

    Impeccable customer service from Thomas St Jean. He checked every detail, guided me through the whole process, and ensured delivery and assembly was smooth and straightforward.
    Since our pergola is wall mount, we were scheduled for a city building inspection, I contacted Thomas because the inspector had some questions for the approval,
    Thomas quickly helped me out and provided a revised drawings by an outside engineer who is licensed in my state for the inspection. Definitively top-notch customer service even after sales.
    We could not be happier with our pergola, including ordering/customer support, delivery, assistance, and build instructions.
    I would rate it A++

    Beautiful pergola. Highly recommend this company. Customer service is excellent. We had the pergola painted and we had issues with the paint job and the company gave a full refund.
