timely delivered, very professional installation service, excellent quality

We love it! It took two men without experience about 6-7 hours to set up.

I am thrilled with my pavilion. Both the customer service and the final product exceeded my expectations.

Fred was the best. We customized some in ground post hardware to account for my very high winds location and very long span without the need for a middle post which would obstruct my $1M view.

Purchase was very easy. Communications coordinating shipment was great. Assembly was easy, was able to assemble it by myself with just a little assistance from my wife. Total assembly time was about 6-8 hours over about a 2 day period.

Extremely well built, worth every penny. Nothing but compliments from family and friends. Would highly recommend!

We installed our pergola about a year ago. The delivery and assembly went without issue and we are very happy with the results. The pergola is holding up nicely, and we are enjoying the time in our expanded outdoor living space.

Love the Pavilion. We've hosted several parties and even a wedding under our Pavilion.

When the customer purchase both pavilion and pergola needs to have better instructions from the company.

Love my pergola! It is beautiful the specs I wanted, and could find from other pergola companies. Customer service has also been excellent with post sales questions.

Our pavilion was delivered as a kit and went together quite easily. Took my wife and I a few days to complete working at a slow, careful pace. It is vey sturdy and looks great in our backyard.

Beautiful pergola

Got the Western Red Cedar stained charcoal. Have a nice shaded area on my patio for a tv and seating. Very pleased with the service and product.

Great experience I purchased a 16X16 vinyl pergola with a metal roof. I only wish I had used them for installation, I struggled finding a decent contractor to install in the Florida heat.

Great product use them for install also, their install price is less than a local contractor.

We bought the Grand Cedar Pavilion and could not be more pleased. The pavilion was easy to install and looks great.

The product was meticulously fabricated, the customer service was unbelievable... my contractor was so impressed with the overall project that he wants to order one for himself!

The product went up great but this year yellow jackets have attacked the wood on top and have taken off the stain it's a mess
