The construction of the pavilion was very good, all holes drilled, everything ready to assemble on arrival. Working with Pergola Kits USA was great, they made the whole process easy and were very helpful.

We would recommend them to everyone interested in building a pergola or pavilion. The quality of their product is first class.

I am a landscape designer and I specified and purchased a 10x14 cedar pergola for my client. We were both thrilled by the process from start to finish.

The customer service was excellent, the delivery seamless, and my contractor was really impressed with the quality and ease of construction. We also purchase the shade canopy which is excellent as well.

All in all it was a great experience working with Pergola Kits and I will certainly use them again.

This pergola was purchased for a community garden and was assembled by a team of volunteers. Fred was INSTRUMENTAL in the success of this project. He carefully advised me in the selection of the pergola/materials and site preparation.

There were a lot of volunteers involved over several weekends to install it and getting it right the first time was so helpful. Great working with Fred and we could not be happier with the outcome.

We have enjoyed the pergola. We have had it for about 16 months. The quality is good and it was easy to assemble with two guys. The stain has not held up as I thought it would. But sun will do that.

My whole experience was great. Fred was always there to answer me questions via phone and email. Material was delivered quick and took two short days to do install maybe 4 hrs a day with one man and one helper just to hold stuff up.

All said and done, we love our structure (20 by 24ft) very much. I use it as a carport in front of my garage. The quality was very good. I did make it better reinforcing the roof and trimming the gaps.

We gave it a 3 color paint job and added gutters.

We use our pergola daily. It was simple to put together and is a beautiful addition to our patio. They even worked with me to have it delivered a little sooner than typical. These guys are a class act all the way.

Beautiful pergola

Got the Western Red Cedar stained charcoal. Have a nice shaded area on my patio for a tv and seating. Very pleased with the service and product.

The product went up great but this year yellow jackets have attacked the wood on top and have taken off the stain it's a mess

We love our pergola. We added a fan and are able to spend more time outside now - the fan helps control insects and adds a light breeze and the roof keeps rain and direct sun out. It has an arched roof that opens up the pergola to the sky.

We have received many compliments. Many love the redwood (it is a redwood structure) ceiling. Truly lovely.

Everyone really likes it, says it adds a cool place to relax. My wife and I are very happy with the way the space has turned out , we are thinking of buying another piece for our pool area.
