Product Description

Material: Thermoset structural fiberglass / resin composite, carries a Lifetime Limited Warranty, made in the good ol' USA.

Columns: Choose square, round, tapered round, or fluted round shapes. Available in a variety of widths ranging from 8" to 12".

Beams & Rafters: 2x8 beams, 2x8 rafters, and 2x2 top runners. Spacing is based on your preference.

Hardware: Stainless steel hardware. All hardware is included in the kit.

Column anchoring: Mount to concrete with wedge bolts and 5/8" threaded steel rods through center of columns (no charge). Mount to a deck using square deck mounting plates (or round) for $125 per post. These deck plates double as wind plates and are required for assembly in hurricane regions. Spans between post centers of 18ft or more require our engineered heavy duty mounting system ($397 per post).

Sizes: Infinite amount of sizes available. We make this design in any size.

Hi Shade Option: This option gives you 2x2's at 6" on center rather than 12" on center, and 2x8 rafters at 14" on center rather than 20" on center.

Colors: We can fabricate this model in basic white (most popular) or any Benjamin Moore color code. For example, here are some popular Benjamin Moore colors.

How quoted and measured: W x L = Rafters x Headers. We quote and measure our fiberglass kits by roof span. There is a two-foot overhang on all sides. Example: a 14x20 has a roof span of 14x20, and post centers of 10x16.

25 X 16 Serenity

We researched Pergola kits and pre- built structures for a full year before deciding on Pergola Kits USA. From our first inquiry to the final delivery, we couldn't have been happier. Fred was so patient and informative with all of our questions. We were building a large structure and had many questions. Fred was so helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way.

Our finished pergola is absolutely beautiful. The delivery and craftsmanship of the product was perfect. My husband built the unit by himself in a litle over 2 days. Our unit was 25 X 16 and went up without a hitch. The attention to detail was evident as he assembled the Pergola.

We have received many comments from friends,family and neighbors on how beautiful the Pergola looks on our patio. It is not only functional for providing shade, but it is a beutiful addition to our home. The quality of the product and the beautiful mahogany finish is perfect.

we live on a dead end street that is off of another dead end street, so we were initially concerned about the delivery of the pergola. Fred assured us that we wouldn't have a problem. The delivery man phoned us the morning of the delivery with updates on time. The delivery was not only on time, but was completed in less than 20 minutes. The product was packaged properly, water tight and without any missing parts or pieced.

My husband has been a tradesman carpenter for 40 years and said the kit was so well put together and thought out that it practically built itself. We couldn't be happier!

14x18 cedar

Product itself gets a 5 star rating our pergola came exactly as ordered, was so simple to put together. Highly recommend this company fr their pergolas. I would certainly use them again. Fred was great in helping with and understanding our design and needs. Looks beautiful and fully assembled in a weekend.

Only thing keeping from 5 stars (would give 4.5 if | could) was that there seemed to be a lack of communication between customer service, production, shipping..Could never get a straight answer on when it would ship (as we approached the week it was supposed to ship and then when cs gave me a date it showed up two days early...just wasn't quite prepared but again not the end of the world....again highly recommend company and their products!

Grand Pavilion

This is truly a structure of commercial quality. We have the Grand Pavillion. Heavy construction and went together according to the plans. I erected this kit alone with the use of an all terrain telescopic fork lift.

I purchased the stainless steel Hardware kit am glad I did, no staining from rust of any kind. Very impressed with the physical size of the timbers and have no doubt this will last a lifetime. Friends and family can't believe the size and quality. This is not your typical kit this is an investment. I would recommend this model made to my specifications to anyone interested in a premium quality heavy construction kit. You will be impressed and proud to add this to your home.

Only problem I've had is birds want to build nests in it in the spring had to install bird spikes to keep them out. This will add value to your home and just makes for a great outdoor space. Can't say enough about how much we like it!

quality product

Quality product and beautifully designed. We purchased this pergola 15 months ago. We live in the hot, humid Florida climate and it has maintained fine. If you're looking for the perfect outdoor sitting area that is both pleasing to the eye And quality materials, then this product is that. We have been very pleased and get many compliments.
