Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I had pre-installed bases that required customization of the kit for not only size but also thickness of the posts and length of posts to account for patio slope.

Fred and his team did an awesome job meeting all requirements. The kit was shipped quickly on a shrink wrapped pallet that was expertly packaged. I was impressed with the high quality of the wood and craftsmanship of all the pieces.

The kit went together easily in about 3 hours with 2 people and is solid as a rock. Highly recommend Pergola Kits USA. Very rare to come across a company like this!
